Copyright Violations

If a member a member uploads a product that is found to violate someone else's copyright (through use of improperly licenses images, artwork, templates, code, or other), here's what happens:

Account Termination

Account terminations will result from:

1. Uploading an item that is not your own creation.
2. Uploading an item that includes improperly licensed artwork, photographs, code, or other material.
3. Uploading an item that contains freely distributed material that does not allow resale or redistribution.

Penalty: Any Template Harvest member that violates this criteria will have their account suspended immediately and earnings held by Template Harvest until any legal action is resolved.

Warnings: All members receive one warning. Subsequent violations result in account termination.
