Will I have copyright ownership of my finished website?

The initial design copyright remains with the original designer. If royalty-free images are used within the design, the copyright for those images remains with the original photographer or illustrator. Any text and original images which you include on your pages belong exclusively to you and you hold the copyright on those items. After you build and publish your web project, you will have full rights for all the additional code and materials that are added to the original design.
What is the refund policy?

Since this Web site is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
What is the commission rate if I sell here?

All members earn 60% of the sale price.
